    Implementation difficulties and countermeasures
    The storage capacity of the project needs to be increased due to the site limitation. Yufeng Intelligent has designed the temporary storage area as a dense one, using shuttle cars for storage and AGV for transfer. There are two main difficulties involved in the process of promoting the project.
    First, how to achieve efficient scheduling of goods inbound and outbound management for dense warehouses with limited physical space? By establishing a multi rule policy customization mode for the WMS system of the warehouse management brain, the problems such as order initialization, order collection, inventory allocation, picking strategy, and shipment strategy generated under the conditions of provincial and municipal multi-level orders, multiple SKUs, multiple batches and other attributes can be solved, so as to optimize the inventory and improve the delivery and receipt efficiency.
    Second, there are few application cases of AGV transfer shuttle cars in the industry, and few cases are not perfect. The difficulty is that the gap between the shuttle car and the track is very small, and the shuttle car is accurately placed on the track, which requires that the AGV positioning accuracy and AGV delivery accuracy must be at the millimeter level, and the reserved AGV travel channel space is only 2.7 meters due to plant restrictions. To solve this difficulty, The non-standard forward moving laser navigation forklift AGV is selected in the design, and the mechanical structure of the whole vehicle is modified. Through accurate force calculation, the vehicle counterweight is distributed at multiple points to ensure that the vehicle is safe for use while having a small volume.
