    Implementation difficulties and countermeasures

The difficulty is that the gap between the shuttle car and the track is very small, and the shuttle car is accurately placed on the track, which requires that the AGV positioning accuracy and AGV delivery accuracy must be at the millimeter level, and the reserved AGV travel channel space is only 2.7 meters due to plant restrictions. To solve this difficulty, The non-standard forward moving laser navigation forklift AGV is selected in the design, and the mechanical structure of the whole vehicle is modified. Through accurate force calculation, the vehicle counterweight is distributed at multiple points to ensure that the vehicle is safe for use while having a small volume. The compact body provides great convenience for vehicle positioning. Then, the accuracy problem is solved by improving the positioning sensor and vehicle control system.
