It has a complete production and warehousing system. As the company's production capacity grows, it has proposed more intelligent logistics distribution and smart factory logistics upgrades. High demand; on the other hand, the material handling system within the factory is complex, the production and inspection processes are closely connected, the production process involves multiple floors and multiple steps, and excessive manual participation affects quality control.
Through on-site inspection, Yufeng Intelligent Technology Team learned that the logistics link of the factory involves four floors, covering dozens of warehouse areas such as storage areas and production areas, as well as vertical warehouse connections and sorting connections. The operation process includes loading and unloading. Logistics links such as transportation, elevator docking, etc. are all manual operations, with low levels of automation and informatization.

5G+ mobile robot
5G provides high-speed network support for communication between mobile robots, enabling robots to have self-organization and collaborative capabilities, faster speeds, smoother movements, and higher efficiency.
In certain production environments that are not suitable for workers to enter, such as high temperatures, workers can remotely operate mobile robots in real time through the 5G network in the monitoring center to complete predetermined work goals synchronously and safely.
Mixed scheduling of vehicle models
On the third floor of the factory, the Yufeng intelligent dispatching system dispatches forward-moving and latent mobile robots at the same time to realize collaborative operation of multiple devices.
Cross-floor work
This project solves the customer's problem of long-distance, multi-layer transportation. From the product production area to the storage area, there are four floors in between. Yufeng Intelligent combines the independent research and development of forward-moving transportation robots and scheduling software systems to realize robot transportation of finished products across floors automatically. For transshipment, the software system can interact with elevators and hoists in an information-based manner, giving full play to the advantages of the intelligent logistics system.
Reach Truck and temporary AGV distribution solutions for the shoemaking industry
Yufeng Intelligent deploys multiple smart AGVs. The finished products are automatically delivered to the required production locations by AGV. The AGV scheduling system, MES system, WMS system, and real-time Internet control of each machine ensure the efficient and reliable operation of each logistics system.

This project uses three-way narrow aisle pallet stacker AGVs, 3 stacking forklift AGVs, and 2 box-type AGVs. The three-way pallet stacker AGVs are mainly used to meet the daily transportation and storage needs of the raw material warehouse. The stacking AGVs are mainly used to meet the material movement needs between raw materials and the production line. The box-type AGV is mainly used to meet the transportation and storage needs between the production line and the finished product warehouse.
The narrow-aisle three-way fork AGV won the first prize in China's logistics and transportation. The passage between the shelves only needs to be 1.6 meters, which can effectively increase the storage capacity and increase the effective utilization rate of the warehouse.
