For the vast manufacturing market, Yufeng, after initial investment and development, has developed a series of mobile handling robots, including laser-guided AGVs, laser natural navigation, vision-based autonomous navigation, and QR code inertial navigation. These robots come in various forms, such as stacker, counterbalance, pallet, forward-moving, and three-way stacker AGVs. Additionally, customized AGV products can be developed based on the different needs of customers.
Yufeng's non-standard customized AGVs deployed at a large distribution cabinet company in Hong Kong
Non-standard customized AGVs are intelligent devices designed, developed, and manufactured by Anhui Yufeng based on the unique requirements of users. They are a core competitive advantage of the company. Recently, in a smart logistics project for a large distribution cabinet company in Hong Kong, the non-standard customized AGVs were successfully deployed, greatly improving in-plant handling efficiency.

Product Detail
Traditional method: The user relied on manually operated electric forklifts for transferring goods on-site, requiring two operators—one to drive the forklift and another to manually bind and secure the goods. This led to disorganized placement of goods, chaotic information management, and low operational efficiency (as shown in Figure 1).
Solution: Due to the complex working environment on-site, large cargo size, instability during operation, and irregular pallet dimensions, the requirements for the AGV's reliability, safety, and stability were higher. The company's technology center added customized clamping attachments based on a standard forklift chassis to develop a dual-coordinate counterbalance AGV forklift, capable of carrying goods up to 2000KG. It features a specific front-end retractable clamping attachment to tightly secure the cargo and prevent tipping, and a side-shifter for position correction to address errors during the stacking process. The system is equipped with a multi-line laser navigation system to optimize the AGV's travel path, enhance secondary positioning accuracy under the composite functions of the forklift, and provide an intelligent handling solution for complex scenarios and irregular cargo.
In and Out Warehouse Process: The WMS sends the inbound task, and Yufeng's self-developed dispatch system controls the elevator doors. It then sends a pickup signal to the onboard system, which controls the AGV to pick up goods from Elevator 1 (out of 4) and place them in the warehouse, completing the inbound process. For outbound tasks, the AGV picks up goods from the warehouse and places them into Elevator 1, completing the handling operation (as shown in Figure 2).
This project has successfully addressed the logistics transfer work for the distribution cabinets on-site, achieved high automation in the factory, improved operational efficiency, and helped reduce manpower while increasing productivity.
