AGV handling process

1. Line-side feeding: the raw materials are manually picked from the raw material warehouse in the No. 1 area. After picking, put the material cart or pallet into the AGV designated pick-up station (No. 1 area), and the handling task is manually issued through the tablet computer or MES system.After the dispatching system receives the task instruction, the dispatching system dispatches the AGV to transport the goods from the No. 1 picking area to the two sides of the No. 2 12KV switch production line (a total of 22 stations). After the task is completed, it is reported to the upper system, and the process ends.

2. Empty cart / empty pallet return: after the consumption of raw materials on the empty cart in No. 2 area is completed, manually push the empty cart or pallet back to the original position or specify the empty pallet position, and issue the handling task through the tablet computer (the operation terminal here shall be shared with the MES operation terminal of Party A). After receiving the task, AGV will transport the empty pallet or empty cart to No. 1 picking station. After the task is completed, it is reported to the upper system, and the process ends
Note: The No. 1 area is limited to the line limit. When manually placing the cart, it shall be in place without affecting the normal pickup of AGV.
