In 2024, Yufeng Intelligent successively created leading smart logistics system solutions for top clients in industries such as new energy batteries, food cold chain, military materials, beverages, new energy vehicles, and parts.

Intelligent warehousing business has also made further progress in the overseas market, marking a new breakthrough in Yufeng Intelligent's global logistics layout. It also injects strong momentum into the company's steady progress towards its corporate vision of "becoming a world-class logistics robot and smart logistics system provider".

Yufeng Intelligent through intelligent storage system solutions. According to the different storage needs of new energy battery materials, raw materials and finished products are stored in separate warehouses. The use of stacker cranes, intelligent warehouses in conjunction with pre-warehouse conveyors and tray formers achieves fully automatic, three-dimensional and efficient storage of purchased parts and semi-finished products. Coupled with AGVs for external warehouse handling, it realizes intelligent and integrated distribution.

To ensure long-term stable operation in a -18℃ environment, Yufeng Intelligent adopts cold storage stacker cranes to customize a cold chain intelligent warehousing and logistics system for customers. This system integrates the processes of "receiving goods - warehousing - sorting - shipping" into one intelligent warehousing and logistics system, achieving the entry and exit storage and picking of frozen food raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. It comprehensively improves storage efficiency and the utilization rate of warehousing space, increases return on investment, and reduces operating costs.

Automated storage systems for raw materials and auxiliary materials were created using stacker cranes and intelligent bin-type automated warehouses.

This project is a key component of the benchmark factory created by the largest PV glue manufacturer in the country, achieving the entire process automation from empty bucket automatic warehousing -- outbound -- filling -- weighing -- palletizing -- strapping -- stretch wrapping.

The complete intelligent logistics system can quickly respond to the logistics supply of customer enterprises, meeting the production capacity and storage needs of 72 million dozen functional safety protective gloves per year.

The complete set of intelligent furniture warehousing and logistics system can quickly respond to the logistics supply of customer enterprises, meet their production capacity needs, and continuously provide logistics support during future production capacity growth stages.

Adopting the collaborative operation mode of three-way and stacker-type AGV, it realizes a series of intelligent operation modes for material handling from warehouse to production line and finished products from offline to shipping. It improves the logistics efficiency and flexibility in production and storage links with intelligent logistics solutions.

Stacker AGV + three-way forklift AGV for picking up and delivering goods, with compound indoor and outdoor scene handling, forming high storage efficiency and significant warehouse space utilization.
