The textile industry is a labor-intensive enterprise. The labor intensity of printing and dyeing cloth transportation is high, and labor costs and inventory costs are high. It is imperative to accelerate the construction of automated, information-based and intelligent production systems.
A textile manufacturing enterprise introduced Yufeng's intelligent mobile transportation solution. According to the overall layout of the project site, the Yufeng team planned the optimal driving route and deployed 2 laser SLAM navigation stacking AGVs, 3 laser navigation scissor-fork AGVs, 2 magnetic navigation backpack lifting AGVs, and 1 magnetic navigation backpack roller AGV. The AGV was used with the scheduling system (WCS, AGVS) and WMS to realize the automation of indoor and outdoor mixed intelligent transportation of materials, indoor storage and retrieval, warehousing of blanks, warehousing of finished products, and return of empty material frames. The logistics between the three workshops were completed with barrier-free automatic transportation, which greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers.
Fabric warehouse outbound: When outbound is required, WMS obtains the ERP outbound document information to generate an outbound task, and sends the outbound task to the scheduling system, which controls the stacking AGV to perform the outbound operation.
Finished product outbound: The scissor-fork AGV transports the goods to the No. 4 conveyor line, passes through the corridor conveyor line between Warehouses No. 3 and No. 4, and arrives at the No. 3 finished product outbound area.
