    This solution is an automated material handling and storage system tailored by Yufeng Intelligent for a large listed leading film company. It uses 5 narrow-aisle three-way forllift AGVs for automatic distribution. The system solution is designed according to the factory layout and process requirements to achieve automatic distribution of materials and empty pallets, greatly reducing the demand for forklifts for people, saving labor, improving production efficiency, and achieving intelligence. The implementation of this project is the first material handling and storage system project in the film machinery industry. At the same time, it uses the industry's first 2-ton heavy-load narrow-aisle three-way forklift AGV and exclusive accessories. The implementation of this project is a major technological breakthrough for Anhui Yufeng's three-way forklift AGV in 2020, which will bring new ideas for the application of AGV in the film machinery industry. Project product features: The three-way fork;ift AGV in narrow aisles adopts the advanced multi-point balancing technology, which allows the width of the vehicle to be reduced to 1.7 meters at most, truly realizing the feasibility of picking and placing goods in narrow aisles; the maximum lifting height can reach 7 meters, the vehicle body is equipped with a full servo control motor, and the maximum operating speed can reach 8km/hour. By reducing the size of the vehicle body and increasing the driving speed, the efficiency can be increased by 1.2 times compared with traditional AGV models, and the longest continuous operation time is 8 hours. According to the overall layout of the project site, the Yufeng team planned the optimal driving route and deployed 2 laser SLAM navigation stacking AGVs, 3 laser navigation scissor-fork AGVs, 2 magnetic navigation backpack lifting AGVs, and 1 magnetic navigation backpack roller AGV. The AGV was used with the scheduling system (WCS, AGVS) and WMS to realize the automation of indoor and outdoor mixed intelligent transportation of materials, indoor storage and retrieval, warehousing of blanks, warehousing of finished products, and return of empty material frames. The logistics between the three workshops were completed with barrier-free automatic transportation, which greatly reduced the labor intensity of workers. Fabric warehouse entry: PDA scans the code to issue a piece entry task, WMS assigns the task, and the stacking AGV moves the fabric to the entry point. Fabric warehouse outbound: When outbound is required, WMS obtains the ERP outbound document information to generate an outbound task, and sends the outbound task to the scheduling system, which controls the stacking AGV to perform the outbound operation. Finished product storage: For finished products that meet the storage standards, the PDA scans the material box code and issues tasks. The finished product boxes are moved to the conveyor line by the top-lift AGV and roller AGV. The elevator sends the finished product boxes to Building No. 6, passes through the second floor of Warehouse No. 5, and arrives at Warehouse No. 4. The scissor-fork AGV in Warehouse No. 4 picks up the finished product boxes and moves them to the finished product storage location.  Finished product outbound: The scissor-fork AGV transports the goods to the No. 4 conveyor line, passes through the corridor conveyor line between Warehouses No. 3 and No. 4, and arrives at the No. 3 finished product outbound area.
