Aiming at the vast manufacturing market, Yufeng has already had a series of mobile handling robots such as laser trackless navigation, laser natural navigation, visual autonomous navigation, and QR code inertial navigation after early investment and development, including various forms of unmanned forklift products such as stacking, counterbalanced, pallet, forward, and three-way stacking. At the same time, customized AGV products can also be developed according to the different needs of customers.

Yufeng's non-standard customized AGV landed in a large power distribution cabinet company in Hong Kong

Non-standard customized AGV is an intelligent device designed, developed, and manufactured by Anhui Yufeng according to the unique needs of users. It is also the company's core competitive advantage. In the recent intelligent logistics project built for a large power distribution cabinet company in Hong Kong, its non-standard customized AGV was successfully landed, greatly improving the efficiency of in-plant handling.

Traditional method: The user's on-site cargo transfer uses a manually driven electric forklift to take the distribution cabinet to the designated location. Two people are required to operate on the way, one person drives the forklift, and one person needs to manually tie the cargo to fix it, resulting in irregular placement of cargo, chaotic information management, and low operating efficiency (as shown in Figure 1)

 

Solution: Due to the complex on-site working environment of users, the large volume of goods that are prone to instability during operation, and the irregular size of pallets, the project has difficulties, which places higher requirements on the reliability, safety, stability and other characteristics of AGV. The company's technical center has installed customized clamping accessories on the basis of the standard forklift body and developed a dual-coordinate counterbalanced AGV forklift. It can carry 2000KG of goods and is equipped with specific front-end retractable clamping accessories to strictly protect against tipping of goods. It is equipped with a side shifter to achieve position correction and solve the error problem in the process of stacking goods. It is equipped with a multi-line laser navigation system to optimize the walking path of AGV, improve the secondary positioning accuracy under the composite function of the fork, and realize intelligent handling solutions for complex scenes and irregular goods.


Inbound and outbound processes: WMS issues inbound tasks, and the dispatching system independently developed by Yufeng controls the elevator door to open, and sends a pickup signal to the vehicle system. The vehicle-mounted AGV controls the AGV to pick up the goods from Elevator No. 1 (a total of 4) and puts them into the warehouse area to complete the inbound; for outbound, the AGV picks up the goods from the warehouse area and puts them into Elevator No. 1, and the AGV handling action is completed (as shown in Figure 2).

 

The implementation of this project solved the logistics and transportation problems of the customer's on-site distribution cabinets, realized a high degree of factory automation, improved operating efficiency, and achieved the goal of reducing staff and increasing efficiency.
