Pallet truck is a kind of light and small handling equipment, it has two fork-like inserting legs, which can be inserted into the free fork hole of the pallet. TThere are two small diameter walking wheels at the front end of the legs, which are used to support the weight of the pallet goods, and the goods can be lifted to make the pallet or container leave the ground, and then used to pull or electrically drive it to walk. This kind of pallet truck is widely used in the loading and unloading of receiving and dispatching stations or the handling operations that do not need to be stacked between various procedures in the workshop.

According to the driving mode, pallet trucks can be divided into the following two categories.
(1) Hand pallet truck
(2) Electric pallet truck known as PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)

How to use the battery-powered pallet truck
1. Stack the goods neatly on the pallet;
2. Turn on the power switch, press the handle, push the forward indicator button, and drive the vehicle to the pallet and stop at the opening;
3. Lower the fork, fully insert it under the pallet, raise the fork to a suitable height, and move it smoothly;
4. After driving to the destination, lower the fork and pull out the pallet;
5. When the electric pallet truck is moving forward/backward, the speed can be controlled by the current variable switch on the handle.

Precautions
1. The electric pallet truck is strictly prohibited from overloading or partial loading (single fork operation);
2. When using the pallet truck, pay attention to the surrounding environment and control the speed of the vehicle, especially when turning;
3. It is strictly forbidden to carry people on the forks of electric pallet trucks;
4. The driver must be familiar with the situation of the vehicle, and no unrelated persons are allowed to drive at will;
5. When the electric pallet truck is not in use, lower the fork and drive it to the specified place for storage, so as not to affect other operations;
6. It is strictly forbidden to overcharge and overdischarge the battery of the electric pallet truck, and charge it in time when it is out of power;
7. The battery is the power source of the electric pallet truck. Regular inspection and maintenance work is required to improve performance and extend its service life.
