The lifting speed of the electric forklift is too slow or cannot be lifted:

• Check whether the working oil tank of the electric forklift is short of oil;
• The oil inlet pipe of the oil pump is deflated, resulting in poor oil circuit;
• The oil pump gear and pump body have large wear clearance, and the gear pump needs to be replaced;
• The pressure of the safety valve of the multi-way directional valve is low or there is foreign matter at the conical hole of the safety valve, so it is necessary to adjust the pressure or eliminate the foreign matter;
• The piston sealing ring of the lifting cylinder is damaged and needs to be replaced;
• Multi way directional valve, overflow valve spring failure, pilot valve wear or damping hole blockage;
• The valve rod and valve body of multi-way directional valve are excessively worn and leak oil;
• Oil leakage between multi-way directional valve bodies;
• Oil leaks from hydraulic oil pipelines and joints.
