It is inevitable for mechanical equipment to fail after long-term use, and it is no exception for electric stacker. It may also have certain faults when in use. Common power system failures are mainly manifested in non charging, low charging voltage and high charging voltage. Next, let's understand the reasons for these failures with EFORK:
1. Not charging
Fault cause: generator failure/regulator failure or electrical circuit failure, etc.
2. The charging voltage of the electric stacker is too low
Fault phenomenon: During the working process of the engine, the charging indicator light flashes or the ammeter swings around zero. Use the DC voltage range of the multimeter to measure the voltage value at both ends of the battery or generator.
Fault cause: the working voltage of the regulator is out of balance or faulty, the transmission belt is too loose, and the internal stator, rectifier, rotor and other components of the generator are faulty.
3. The charging voltage is too high
Fault cause: the working voltage of the regulator is out of balance or faulty.
