1. Selection of specifications and dimensions
When selecting the plastic pallets, the specifications will be different according to the required items.
(1) First consider the specific specifications of the goods and the way they are placed on the plastic pallet.
(2) Consider the situation of pallet loading tools (such as containers, trucks, etc.).
(3) If it is used on warehouse shelves, the width and depth of the shelves should be considered. Usually, two pallets are placed on each layer of the selected shelves, and storage space of about 200mm is reserved. Give a large size in the depth direction, so that there is no strict requirement on the carrying capacity of the plastic pallet, to save the purchase cost.
(4) The size of plastic pallets should also consider versatility. Currently, the commonly used sizes in China are 1200*1000 international standard type, 1200*800 European standard type, and T11 Japanese standard type.

2. Selection of single-deck pallets and double-deck pallets
The selection of single-deck pallet or double-deck pallet shall be determined according to the corresponding storage, loading, and unloading equipment and status (such as warehouse type, shelf type, stacking, or placement status).
(1) For the automatic three-dimensional warehouse or high-level racks with a small floor area, the double-deck heavy-duty series pallet and the single-deck standard series pallet can be selected for the occasions where the vertical handling is mainly by the stacker or the electric forklift.
(2) If the load on the shelf reaches one ton, and there is no plank or shelf in the middle of the shelf, the heavy-duty series pallet must be used.
(3) For occasions that cover a large area and are mainly transported horizontally, single-deck pallets are suitable for handling with electric pallet trucks or electric pallet stackers; single-deck pallets and double-deck pallets are suitable for handling with electric forklifts.

3. Bearing requirements
Dynamic load refers to the maximum weight that can be lifted at one time by using an electric forklift or a manual hydraulic pallet truck.
Static load refers to the maximum weight of the lowest plastic pallet in the stacking.
